Start an event when you arrive. Show its QR code in the room: only people who come in through it see the free codes and the $49 places. The event closes by itself at the time you pick, or once every free code and every $49 place is taken, and you get an email when it does. Codes already sent keep working.

Every payment, newest first. A refund goes back to the card through Stripe and takes the pack off the person's account.

Only you see this page. Type a guest's name and a code is made and kept beside the name. The guest makes an account, enters the code, and has their assessments at no charge, ready at once. Each code works once.

People

Everyone who has made an account, in one table. Switch people on, move them between stages, read what they told you, and give them more reads. Every change is logged with who and when.

How it went

Notes people sent about their real pitch. Only the ones where they said we may share it can go on the site, and only when you switch them on. The site shows the note, the room and the month: never the name, never the score. Before you switch one on, read it for anything that could identify them or someone else: names of people or companies, places, clients. A note with an email, a link or a phone number cannot go up at all.
