Cancellations
and refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying a pack, as long as none of its assessments has been used. To ask, write to team@tompitch.com. Once an assessment from a pack has been used, that pack is not refundable.

Packs
Assessments are sold in packs, through our payment processor, Stripe. Every assessment in a pack includes TOM’s score, the checks, the one thing to fix and TOM’s suggestion for the room you chose. The price and what each pack includes are shown to you before you pay. A pack lasts 30 days from its first assessment.
If you live in the UK or the EU
You have the right to cancel a pack within 14 days of buying it. When you buy, you ask us to make the pack available straight away and you agree that once you use one of its assessments, you lose the right to cancel that pack. Until then, write to team@tompitch.com within the 14 days and the full price comes back to you.
Free reads, guest codes and event codes
Your first read, guest codes and event codes are given at no charge, so there is nothing to refund. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or credit.
Cohort and programme sessions
For a session booked by a programme or a company, the agreement we sign together sets the terms. Where it says nothing: more than 14 days before the date, a full refund; inside 14 days, half, because the date was held and the preparation is done; a date we cancel is refunded in full or moved, as you prefer.
How refunds are made
Refunds go back to the card or account that paid, through our payment processor. We start them within two business days of your request being agreed; how long the money takes to appear is up to your bank, usually five to ten days.
